Diablo IV: Finally, concrete times for pre-load and launch

Concrete, Diablo, finally, launch, Preload, times

There was still some confusion as to when Diablo IV will finally hit the ground running. Now Blizzard had an understanding and has published a concrete schedule.

We knew that Diablo IV will start on June 6th and go into Early Access for pre-orders on June 2nd. Although there was some confusion there, too, because due to the time difference, the USA and Brazil will start a day earlier – mathematically speaking.

But now there is no more confusion because the schedule is set. Early access starts in Germany on June 2nd at 1 a.m. Night owls and early risers can then get started in the vague hope that the servers will be able to cope with the onslaught.

The actual release will follow on June 6th, also at 1 a.m. Then the rest of the world can go hunting for Lilith.

So that you can start on time, you should of course download the game early and the dates for this are also fixed. The pre-load will therefore start on May 31 at 1 a.m., parallel for all platforms. The pre-load will be available in time in the Battle.Net client, the Xbox Store and the Playstation Store.

If you need something else to do besides the game, a month-long promotion with various Twitch Drops will start parallel to the launch on June 6th. During this time you can tap different skins for items on a weekly basis. Find out more about what and when you can dust off on the Diablo website.
