A few weeks ago, a new date for the long-delayed Digimon Survive made the rounds on the net, but so far this has only affected Japan. Now the official confirmation for Europe followed.
We already reported in April that Digimon Survive has a possible new release date. This emerged from a report in the renowned Japanese magazine Famitsu and initially applied to the area there. We were initially waiting for an EU date from the official side – until now.
Now Bandai Namco Europe has announced the release date for the local area. The hybrid of visual novel and tactical role-playing game will also be available from us on July 29, 2022 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch. The PlayStation and Xbox versions are of course also compatible with the newer PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
Pre-orders for the game are now also possible. Early adopters who purchase the digital version within the first month of publication at the latest will receive Guilmon and the HP support kit as a goodie.
In Digimon Survive you will be sent to a mysterious world full of dangerous monsters and deadly battles where your survivability will be put to the test. In the shoes of protagonist Takuma Momozuka, you have direct influence on the outcome of the adventure thanks to a variety of potentially difficult choices, including the digitation of your Digimon and the relationships they form with NPCs, and much more.
