As promised, Techland has released the latest console patch, and like the PC version, it removes the death loop, fixes blocks in multiple missions, and fixes some issues with safe areas.
It also fixes co-op, nightcrawler tools, improves combat, adds new ragdoll behaviors, and more.
The update also fixes issues with the Brutality Pack, makes technical improvements, balance tweaks, improves epilogue and final boss fights, and polishes the UI/UX.
For Xbox in particular, the patch improves game stability, adds a new Balance mode that runs at 60 FPS on Xbox Series X, and adds Game Mode for Xbox Series S, including a performance mode that runs at 60 FPS.
As far as we know, aside from the Xbox-specific notes, the patch is the same on all platforms. That said, you will need to look at the comments for your platform of choice. Xbox Notes can be found here and PlayStation Notes can be found here.
If you’re just getting started or haven’t started using it, here are 16 things we wish you knew before launching it.
