EA Sports had some news for the golf comeback today. So the PGA Championship will be on board and there is now a more specific release period.
Just in time for the start of the 2021 PGA Championship on the Ocean Course of the Kiawah Island golf resort, EA can today announce new details on the partnership with the PGA of America. The upcoming EA Sports PGA Tour will not only include all four major championships around Masters, PGA Championship, US Open Championship and The Open Championship exclusively. Rather, you can also take part in the largest PGA Tour events.
As part of the virtual PGA Championship, you can win the historic Wanamaker Trophy, enjoy the victory celebration or compete against PGA champions of the past. In the new golf title you will also find the said course of the Championship 2021 on Kiawah Island.
The game will also feature tutorials and coaching challenges created in collaboration with the PGA Education and Player Development Department to teach gamers essential skills for both the game and the real golf world. And: After the release, the game should include the members of the team of 20 PGA club professionals on the ranking list, who secure a place at the championship every year.
EA Tiburon is responsible for the development of EA Sports PGA Tour in Orland and Madrid. Further details will follow in the coming months, including the specific release date. After all, the period for publication has been narrowed down further: it should be ready in spring 2022.
