One of my favorite things about Fallout 4’s massive Fallout: London mod so far is its fun little spoofs and jokes about iconic British brands and staples. However, in post-apocalyptic England you’ll find one spoof company that I don’t think quite fits in with the rest, and apparently I’m not alone because there’s already a mod that replaces it.
If you haven’t played most of London yet, or are waiting to fix the technical issues that have plagued many since launch, the game is full of parodies of real-world products and the same things we’ve come to expect from Fallout. This time around, we’re just substituting Ion Brew for Irn Bru and Nuka Cola for the Coca variety.

While I love this, and I love brands like Edward Storage – Team FOLON’s parody of iconic British trucking company Eddie Stobart, whose unique naming of trucks gives me vivid memories of being excited to see them on family road trips as a kid (this isn’t my actual backstory, I was actually raised by yetis in the mountains of Tibet) – there’s a parody brand in this mod that feels a little out of place.
That’s Vaulzon, who shows up on various Amazon packages and wrecked vans, just like the plot of Fallout, which is fine, but since the company is a recent arrival on this sad island, it feels a little strange to be alongside a series of British staples that have existed in the UK for a long time and are, in many cases, unique to the UK, but completely harmless from any perspective other than immersion. Also, Fallout: London has no Vaults or Vault-Tec, so we Brits have to survive the Great War on Pindar Space Station.
Welcome modder CaptainJoesph – yes, this is a mod for a mod, the game can get weird at times – and their creation “Vaulzon To Crown Mail”, a simple and crude swapper that replaces the Vaulzon logo with that of Crown Mail, a parody of the Royal Mail that adorns many of Fallout: London’s classic red postboxes.
The new logo in the current version might not be top quality, but it’s a quick fix for those who think the Amazon imitation doesn’t quite fit the vibe of the mod – probably because, as one person who commented on this swap mod pointed out, it’s likely a continuation or homage to the “CardBoardWorkShop” designed by modder M150 for Fallout 4, which also featured the Vaulzon logo.
