Many words can be said about the world of Elden Ring, both nice and not so nice. But one thing is certain, the Open World is huge. If you’ve always wanted to find out how well you actually know your way around, here’s your chance: a fan adapted the guessing game GeoGuessr for the From software role-playing game.
If GeoGussr doesn’t tell you anything at all, here’s a short synopsis: The browser game puts your geography knowledge to the test in a creative way. You are presented with a picture of a place and have to choose where it is on a map. The closer you are, the higher your score will be.

With us gamers, we tend to be much more familiar with our favorite games than we are in the real world. If you belong to this group and have spent a lot of time in Elden Ring, now is the time to put your knowledge of the Between Lands to the test.
Reddit user TheEdenChild did the work and merged Elden Ring with GeoGuessr. In painstaking detail, he and a group of helpers made hundreds of screenshots from the From software role-playing game and assembled them into 360-degree panoramas. According to their own statement, they captured and installed a total of over 8,000 locations from the template. So there is some work to be done.
But they haven’t stopped the guessing game. There are leaderboards, custom settings and even multiplayer support. But that’s not all, in the future the Elden Ring GeoGuessr will be expanded to include more features. However, the developer does not mention exactly what these are.
