It has become customary to seek references, winks or Easter Egg during our video game adventures. The amount usually depends on the studies. Some opt for a few very subtle and others like Bethesda have no qualms about putting tens in a single map, as occurs in Fallout 76. Well, Warhorse Studios is in the second group.
The creators of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 have loaded the map with enough references to sink a ship. They are so many that it is really complicated not to run into any unintentionally. And they are also not cut with respect to the theme: video games, movies, series, sleeves, comics, books … even real memes! Here you have a small list with the most prominent.
A potpourri of hidden references in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
We already show you two of the best known references, one of the hero let me alone by Elden Ring (dead) and another double Harry Potter The philosopher's stone y The secret chamber: Harry's skeleton hunting the golden snitch with his mouth during his first Quidditch game in Hogwarts and when Harry and Ron stamp the arthur weasley flying car against the boxer willow.

But there are more references, too many to dedicate a publication to each one. And hence we choose to create this potpourri that collects the most prominent. The following references are well known … at least one of them. The left area of the following image shows a starry UFO at the southwest end of the map. Although it has not been cataloged, some fans believe that it is a reference to the UFOs of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.
The reference on the left is one of the most iconic in the history of video games. Henry says: “I heard from a guy who received an arrow in the knee” making a wink to the story of the white race soldier in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: “I used to be an adventurer like you. But one day they hurt me in The knee with an arrow. ” Which does not mean what many believed.

And speaking of aliens, do you remember the “extraterrestrial bodies” that appeared in Mexico in 2023? These two bodies of alleged mummified aliens were analyzed by the Scientific Institute of Health of the Mexico Navy and it was concluded that they were “creations made with united animals and humans bones with synthetic glue.” Even so, they became a meme that fed social networks for several weeks.
The next reference is sure to sound to all fans the sleeves and anime. This is the monkey hat D. Luffy, protagonist of One Piece. Not only is it identical in its normal form, it also has an icon in the inventory that is unequivocally inspired by the anime version.

And here are three other references! The first is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. We see eight seats on the table and eight beds in the room, and a dead woman in the biggest of all. Continuing with the movies, to the right in the following image you can see the iconic Beetlejuice. We prefer to say it only once for obvious reasons.
The third reference of the following image is unmistakable. It has become a classic reference: the bonfire with the sword stuck by Dark Souls. The last time we found her was at Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl and surely it will not be the last time we see her in another video game.

The last one and we go, as they say. They may not be as evident at first sight as some of the above, but end up being very evident. These are two references to Little Mermaid and the Boots catspecifically to the animation versions due to the fork protruding from the water and the thief bag that carries in Shrek.

These are just some of the references that players have found during their adventures. Others have been found Dracker, Midsummer, Excolibur And more. We recommend you take a look at the sources of these images, which you can find just below this paragraph to see the rest and learn more hidden secrets of the game.
