Bluehole Studio and Kakao Games are currently working on a new online role-playing game with Elyon – and selected interested parties will soon be able to lend a hand for the first time.
The two companies announced today a closed beta in the MMORPG. In the course of this, the fantasy game is to be put through its paces for the first time in Europe, North America and Oceania. The closed beta test phase is planned for the period from May 6th to 10th. Elyon was previously known as Ascent: Infinite Realm – and it’s not just the name that has changed in recent years of development. Rather, the creators have made changes and adjustments in a number of areas, from gameplay to level design to the combat system, which is now much more action-based.
In the fantasy MMORPG, the two sovereign kingdoms Vulpin and Ontari fight for control of “Elyon” – a portal that leads to paradise. You can customize your own skills, craft equipment, and take part in large-scale realm-vs-realm battles to ensure victory for your empire.
Those who are not selected in the first phase still have the chance to gain access to the CBT1 through events. Selected players will not only receive their own access with the confirmation email, but also automatically receive a code to invite a friend of their choice.
With Ascent: Infinite Realm, the PUBG makers of Bluehole already have the next project in the works. New game scenes have now been presented at the G-Star in South Korea.
