The Diablo 4 beta is finally live – and as expected, the rush is currently enormous. Huge queues, error messages and a comeback of the infamous Error 37, this time called Code 34202, Code 300502, Code 316719 or Code 300800.
In this article we collect all current problems and error messages of the Diablo 4 Beta and tell you possible solutions for the problems.
You can find the current status of the servers in our live ticker, which we will keep up to date throughout the beta weekend:
Current bugs and issues in the Diablo 4 Beta
Code 34202, Code 300502, Code 316719 und Code 300800
Mistake: After beat ing the queue and creating a character, you cannot log into the game with that character. An error message pops up that says something like Your request timed out. Please try again. (Code 300008)
Solution: These are server problems that arise due to the huge crowds. The solution to the problem is not in your hands, you can only try to log in again. We keep our fingers crossed!
Memory Leak
Mistake: Player to report currently from a possible memory leak. The game uses more and more memory until it eventually crashes.
Solution: Currently seems to help only on the quality of the textures in the graphics settings Middle
should be turned down, as it mainly affects players who have the 4K texture pack installed.
If you haven’t installed the package, you can only increase the texture quality anyway Middle
place. We cannot currently confirm a memory leak on our system.
Issues Blizzard is already working on
Im Battle.net-Forum Blizzard has already listed some issues that are currently being worked on. We have the Europe translation for you:
- If the player triggers the cutscene introducing Lorath while the world is in daylight, the shadows of the player and Lorath will shimmer in-game until the prologue ends. This issue does not occur if the player skips the cutscene.
- In-game voice chat may not work correctly for all players.
- Performance optimizations are still in progress. There may be performance issues, especially on older hardware across platforms.
- The “Play” tab at the top of the character selector is clickable, but currently doesn’t lead to another menu in the beta.
- There may be a queue when logging into Diablo IV during the Early Access Beta weekend. Please note that the countdown may end and exceed the duration indicated on the queue timer. DO NOT leave the queue as this will restart the queue. We will provide more accurate timers for the Open Beta weekend.
- During the beta period, players will be able to choose from a variety of “text language” options in development, in addition to English. English will be the only available Spoken Language option during beta, but other languages will be available at launch.
