To thank their fans, the creators of Expedition 33 have prepared a special surprise: the return of the previously sold-out Collector’s Edition.

The game’s official X/Twitter account has announced that pre-orders for the Monolith Seta new collector’s bundle, will open starting tomorrow.

“At the beginning of the year, the game’s Collector’s Edition sold out sooner than expected,” the message says—aimed at all those who missed their chance.

What’s Included in the Monolith Set?

The Monolith Set was created in collaboration with Laced Audio and includes nearly everything from the original edition—well, almost everything.

It features:

• A 48-page hardcover art booka preview of the expanded version coming later this year via Editions Pix’n Love.

• The centerpiece: a hand-painted music boxa resin replica of the monolith standing 20.3 cm tall.

• The usual steelbook case featuring art from Clear obscure: Expedition 33 and its characters… though empty, as the base game is not included.

A Collector’s Edition Without the Game

While some may be disappointed that the game isn’t included, there are benefits:

• The Monolith Set is cheaper than the previous Collector’s Edition, priced at $119.99which is $30 less than the original.

• With most copies of Clear sold digitally after physical editions ran out, many players already own the game and would welcome a more affordable collector’s option.

To prevent scalping, customers are limited to two sets per person. Buyers are also warned that shipping costs to the U.S. will be higher due to customs fees.

Pre-orders run from May 23 to June 12. Planning to grab one? It’s your only shot at getting the Collector’s Edition, as the original is now being resold for nearly $900.
