In Recipe for Disaster you run a restaurant, keep your customers and staff happy and invent new dishes. As the title suggests, a lot can go wrong. Clumsy employees can ruin the meal, and particularly discerning diners are hard to please. If you don’t want your restaurant to catch fire or the tables to remain empty, then you should try to make no mistakes.
You can either play the campaign where you help various failed restaurants get back on their feet, or build your own dream kitchen in Free Roam.
Who is this suitable for?
If you have a passion for cooking, or like to show off your organizational skills in other management sims, then Recipe for Disaster could also be something for you. If you like the game’s rather simple graphic style and more humorous approach, then you’ve come to the right place. So far, the title has been very well received on Steam, but it is often criticized that Early Access ended too early and with too little content.
