Psyonix continues to sign deals with various partners for Rocket League. The latest is with Formula 1 and there will be a lot of content related to the 2022 season.
Psyonix states that this content will be making its way to Rocket League on all platforms starting May 4th. The idea is to be able to offer fans many elements directly from the 2022 Formula 1 World Championship. First, a new car based on the current single-seaters will be added to the vehicle stock. It has certainly not escaped your notice that the regulations have changed for 2022, radically changing the look of the cars.

Several liveries are planned to dress up this pretty body, so you can show off the colors of your favorite team. You can opt for Alfa Romeo, Alpha Tauri, Ferrari, McLaren or even Red Bull Racing. Better yet, a McLaren Miami (the new circuit added this season) 2022 decal and Pirelli wheels (exclusive championship tire supplier) will be available.
The Fan Pass will be available from May 4th to May 10th in the Rocket League Item Shop for 1100 credits. During the same period, it will be possible to grab a Formula 1 2022 player banner for free, but the Fan Pass will not be limited to this initial content. In fact, other liveries are planned (Alpine, Aston Martin, Haas, Mercedes and Williams) as well as other Pirelli wheel colors (to mimic the different rubbers). All of this should be delivered during the next GPs of the season.

Players who checkout will therefore see their Fan Pass enriched with content over time. Remember that Psyonix started this collaboration with Formula 1 and Liberty Media last year. The content will therefore be available in the Rocket League stack for the Miami Grand Prix, taking place in Florida from May 6th to 8th. In short, we will therefore soon be able to kick the ball mistaking for Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton or Max Verstappen.
