When is Forza Horizon 5 coming out? On which gaming platforms?

It won’t be long before we get our hands on Forza Horizon 5, the most anticipated racing game of the year. In fact, the title will be available from November 9th on PC, but also on Xbox One and of course Xbox Series X | S. As a reminder, players who pre-order the Ultimate version will be able to access the game on the 5th of the same month.

Where does it take place?

The arcade racing game gives players the chance to travel Mexico to discover a menu with varied atmospheres. The latter, up to 50% larger than that of the fourth opus, has 11 different zones.

Many events on the program?

Just like Forza Horizon 4, this fifth opus has a variety of different activities which this time will be collected in Forza Adventure Mode, the main adventure of this new iteration. In this proposal, of course, your goal is to reach the Hall of Fame to become the most popular pilot in Mexico. The program therefore includes road races, country, cross-country, expedition, stunt events or even hidden cars to be found and restored. To complete this adventure – also playable in co-op mode – in a straight line, you will need between 10 and 20 hours of gameplay. Also note that participants can also take part in online races against other players, including the Forza Arcade, which has the Forzathon replaced. and freely explore an open world.

How many cars are there at the start?

At takeoff, the pilots will be roughly able to get their hands on it 500 cars. These include around thirty Porsches, including the 2020 Taycan Turbo S, many Audi, Ferraris and even vehicles straight from the world of 7th art. Yes, we find the DeLorean DMC-12 from the film saga Back to the Future and the Aston Martin Valhalla from Mourrir Can Wait, the newest James Bond.

Is the soundtrack known?

Like the GTAs, Forza Horizon 5 offers many two-way radios

(6 in total). Of course, hits from all over the world can be heard on these, but also Mexican music. The game uses the power of the Xbox Series X | S?

The game promises to be great and the icing on the cake is to take full advantage of the latest Microsoft machines. Whether for Series X and S, there are two display modes. On the X Series, quality mode allows 4K viewing, finer graphics, 30 frames per second game and even ray tracing in the player’s garage. The performance mode is meanwhile also in 4K and runs at 60fps. Unfortunately, ray tracing is no longer in the game. The S series also has two display modes. The first with 1080p runs at 30fps, but has raytracing in the garage, while the second, also with 1080p, has no raytracing, but uses 60fps.

Is it on the Game Pass?

Yes indeed ! As with other Xbox Game Studios games, the title will of course be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft’s subscription service available on PC and Xbox computers.

Can we pre-install it?

Yes and luckily, because the game is over 100 GB! From now on, players who have pre-ordered the title or have subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass can pre-install it in order to get to the start on time.
