The nominations are the result of a video conference of the 40 jury members held yesterday. The German Computer Game Award 2020 is awarded in 15 price categories and is endowed with a total of 590,000 euros. For the first time, a “digital gala” will be held this year. It replaces the planned award ceremony in the Löwenbräukeller in Munich, which cannot take place as previously planned due to the Corona crisis.
