Just a few days ago, Sony nailed its heads and announced together with developer Sucker Punch the release date of the much-awaited Ghost of Tsushima on PS4. It has now been confirmed that the title will also be used in other media in addition to the actual game.
Together with Dark Horse Comics, an official art book about Ghost of Tsushima was announced, which will be published later this year. Above all, the video game itself has made a name for itself thanks to its impressive visual style – and this is precisely what the book implementation takes up particularly profoundly.
In "The Art of Ghost of Tsushima" you get a much deeper insight into the origins of the samurai epic from the creators and you get to see all sorts of conceptual drawings that ultimately helped to bring the title to life. The book is said to contain a total of 208 pages with conceptual images and illustrations; the US price is just under $ 50. According to Dark Horse, almost all details of the game are taken up, including the different locations, landscapes and characters. Even diagrams of samurai sword fighting techniques are an issue.
While Sucker Punch initially did not name a date for the book implementation, Amazon lists the good piece for June 30, 2020. This would make the art book appear only a few days after the game itself, which should be available from June 26, 2020.
