Good news for cyberpunk action fans: Ghostrunner will get new content in the foreseeable future as part of a paid expansion. But first there is a goodie for the fans.
The first-person cyberpunk action game Ghostrunner is getting a new expansion called Project_Hel and it should appear on January 27, 2022. The Project_Hel, originally planned as a smaller DLC, has grown into a full-fledged ghostrunner experience. With Hel, you control a new playable character, one of the bosses of the original game, as you descend through the Dharma Tower on your own bloody mission. Hel was designed for newbies and veterans alike. She is more combat-oriented than the Ghostrunner and can take one hit more than him.
While mastering Hel’s powers with her own skill progression system, you run against walls, glide through the neon city and slash your way through six levels in which you battle new opponents and bosses to the beat of six fresh tracks by electronic musician Daniel Deluxe . If you want to get a taste of it beforehand, you can here
Project_Hel starts on January 27th at a price of $ 14.99 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Amazon Luna and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG.
To celebrate the upcoming holidays, fans can change Jack’s look in the original game from December 7th with a free festive bundle with swords and gloves and color the city red with Rudolph’s Ritt und Wohltat, the swords in the wrapping paper look. The frosty midsummer katana or the Nini wonderland blade are also part of the free DLC with matching gloves.
