GOG is giving away Dex – but only until 3 p.m. today!

Dex free on GOG – but not for long
What game is Dex? Dex was originally released on May 7th, 2015 by Czech developer studio Dreadlocks. The game belongs to the dark and dystopian cyberpunk genre and is obviously inspired by classics of the style such as Deus Ex, Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell or Neuromancer.
At first glance, Dex plays like a classic 2D platformer. However, familiar cyberpunk elements such as hacking and personal modification through cyber implants are also used. At the same time there is fighting, sneaking, hacking, while there are also a few role-playing influences such as character skills or the targeted conduct of dialogues.
What critics and fans say: on Metacritic Dex has an average rating of 62 points. Among other things, the story and the atmosphere are praised by the press. However, there is a little lack of gameplay and playful depth. Fans are a little more forgiving, among players Dex has an average rating of 7.7 points.

How do I get Dex for free on GOG? In order for Dex to end up in your game library – and at no cost – you have to allow GOG to send you promotional emails from time to time. If you don’t have a problem with that, just do the following:
