Fanatec steering wheels
The Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro, which you can use on PS4, PS5 and PC, has been released to go with Gran Turismo 7. However, you can only get this officially licensed steering wheel in the Fanatec shop.

Thrustmaster T80 Racing Wheel
The Thrustmaster T80 Racing Wheel is compatible with Gran Turismo 7, but there are two catches. On the one hand you can only use this steering wheel on the PS4 and on the other hand you can only buy it used.
Thrustmaster T150 Force Feedback
The Thrustmaster T150 Force Feedback is quite cheap and compatible with PS5 and Gran Turismo 7. Although this gaming steering wheel is a bit older, you can still buy the steering wheel with two pedals. Incidentally, this model is also available in a red Ferrari look, but only for PC.
