The campaign can actually be completed alone in your corner, with the ability to change the characters to your liking. The problem that has annoyed more than one player is that the game requires an internet connection even in solo mode.

A practice that is relatively hated in the community, but surprisingly the studio has backed down. Rocksteady promises an offline single player mode… but not at launch.
