Game news GTA 4: a remaster in preparation for 2023?
As the release of GTA: The Trilogy quickly approaches, it looks like Rockstar has another remaster in the kitchen. It was a supposed insider who started this crazy rumor.
Rock star remaster
It’s been a few days since 4chan was bubbling over rumors of two possible remasters of Rockstar games: Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto IV. If you believe the rumors from the hallway, the publisher would obviously have the madness of remasters to be able to produce games without any problems while GTA 6 is taking place. But these rumors don’t go much further. There is talk of a possible release in 2023 for both remasters and enhanced graphics. more in line with current standards. In short, no surprise, and not really speaking sources either. So much so that we almost forgot about these rumors. But that was without counting @RalphsValve, who put a coin back into the rumor machine today.
the noose is tightened around GTA IV
The latter actually shared a logo on Twitter that is being sold as that of that famous GTA IV remaster. According to him, the latter should appear on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC. No multiplayer, however the expansions The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony would be in play. As a reminder, the former lets you immerse yourself in the skin of Johnny Klebitz, a member of a biker gang, while the latter invites you to play the bodyguard of entrepreneur Gay Tony.
If leaks are the order of the day, the latter is more of another rumor at the moment. @RalphsValve is very evasive indeed. Given the large number of messages received after his tweet, he made it clear that he had no further information on the matter. He won’t answer any questions. He only knows someone who accidentally leaked the information. Suffice it to say that the latter should be treated with caution.
