This is a difficult month Rock star And its GTA: Trilogy-Definitive Edition freed. The studio removed the PC version of GTA Trilogy-Definitive Edition at the end of the first week of release, on the grounds that files “unintentionally included” in the game were the reason for removing it from the platform.
It finally returned to the PC storefront. Although the files in question were deleted, the problems still existed: performance issues, bugs that made the game unplayable, audio compression issues, terrible face rendering, fewer civilians walking around, lack of fog, rendering Distance issues, spelling and grammatical errors, and more, among other things, quickly earned the game a reputation for under-tested, well-thought-out cash grabs. Oops.
The problem of the game is not over yet. Last night, Rockstar issued a statement explaining that the physical version of the game on Xbox and PS4 will now arrive later than originally planned in December, and the Switch version has been postponed to 2022.
“The release date of the physical version of Grand Theft Auto: Trilogy-Definitive Edition has been changed,” The company tweeted“Xbox Series X / Xbox One and PS4 will now be released on December 17. The Nintendo Switch version will be launched in early 2022.”
The physical version is initially scheduled to ship on November 7. The game will also be launched on iOS and Android in the first half of 2022. There is no news about whether the game version will be delayed.
The slow redemption process of titles is already in progress. Just yesterday, update 1.03 landed in the game and solved a large number of problems encountered by players in the collection. There is still a lot of work to be done, but Rockstar firmly believes that it will make the trilogy correct and uphold its high standards.
