Never separate nerds from their large spreadsheets, or have consequences. This is a lesson that all of us need to learn sooner or later, and the Helldivers 2 developer arrow has to deal with it now, which looks like a rather benign proposed change involving sharing data shooting content on the most enjoyable, electronically-surfaced, most furthest channels in the game's official Discord, which has caused some Ruckus.
With the recent interruption of the Galaxy War, it was clearly a feeling of enthusiasm for this as Arrowhead was committed to fixing errors with planetary liberation rates that “damage the gaming experience.” You know, given that they've been arguing, not just fighting the meridian singularity.

So, what has dropped? Well, over the weekend, the Arrow Community staff of the official Discord Server running Helldivers 2 revealed plans to prevent players from sharing any links to data shooting content in the server's “The -Armoury” channel – a channel designed specifically to host guns, from guns, to armor, and even capes.
The reasoning for the proposed change is a discourse that desires to try to eliminate weapons a little, and ensures that statistics that may not be shared may not be shared, while still allowing people to talk about numbers. “To be honest, we want to try to make this channel more popular,” explains Katherine’Baskinator, Arrow Community Manager, explains, “The ongoing dependency and infodumps that drive data printing are alienating people who just want to chat with no excitement and they are excited.
They added: “This rule is in effect in every other channel in the server because we have been putting it into practice for a long time because we are serious about trying to support these efforts. But every time I enter this channel, I don't see small-scale arguments and it's time to get involved in it.”
Understandably, players who use data from community-created spreadsheets in gun comparisons have a lot of rewards, which fully states that Arrowhead does not share this information in the game, meaning they cannot easily convert to citing official resources. The community manager told one of the players in the server, “I think it's great to keep asking about the feature, which is great.”
Thankfully, some compromises seem to have been reached since all of these chats happened. One of the channel's most prolific spreadsheet posters – users of “John Everdersheet” with a very suitable handle – Baskinator confirms that they and other community resource creators can still post links to their creations in the channel, as long as they include a clear disclaimer that their essentially “shared” is “unofficial.”
John spreadsheet released after this conformation, saying: “We ended up in a single change that informal sources need to be marked informal. They added that they believe: “The suspicion of public community resources is how they get better.”
