The esports scene of PUBG has not been spared by the coronavirus pandemic: this year's season has been rethought, with the elimination of certain tournaments and the adaptation of others online. The tournament of PUBG Continental Series
While the new season brings a lot of change to Vikendi in particular, the program for the next tournament on the battle royale has been revealed. The PUBG Continental Series is will run from May 14 to 31.
It will not be an international tournament because of the constraints related to the movement of the teams, but it will be divided into four regional tournaments. Each will offer $ 100,000 in cashprize to donate the charity of the winner's choice.
The tournament regions are Asia (South Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan), Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific (Southeast Asia and Oceania). Europe, for its part, will play from 15 to 17, from 22 to 24 and will play the final phase from 28 to 31 May.
The tournament brings together half of the invited and qualified teams, to offer spectacle and a chance to the teams having proved everything. Among the invited teams are Na'Vi, FaZe Clan and Team Liquid. Teams can still register until May 1 to compete in the qualifying tournament. 16 teams will arrive in the grand final, where they will compete for the cash prize for the association of their choice.
