Capcom has announced that 5 million units of Monster Hunter World: The Iceberg have been sold worldwide.
Monster Hunter World: Ice Source Since its launch last September, it has shipped more than 5 million units on all platforms.
This number was released from an expansion on 4 million PCs reported in January.
Shipping Monster Hunter: WorldIt was released in January 2018. As of January 2, 2020, there were 15 million units worldwide.
The Monster Hunter series first appeared in 2004. As of March 13, 2020, the cumulative sales of the series have exceeded 62 million units.
Iceborne players can expect Raging Brachydios and Furious Rajang to arrive on PS4 and Xbox One on March 23 and PC in April, respectively. Before that, PC users can experience the Safi’jiva siege battle on March 20.
