Immortals of Aveum is considered a very promising magic shooter, but it will not be released in July as planned. The makers have now confirmed a postponement of the release date.
With Immortals of Aveum, Ascendant Studios has a promising shooter project in the works, which is often described as Call of Duty with magic. Anyone who has already decided on the title for the new month of July will be disappointed: Nothing will come of it.
Instead, the makers have now confirmed that the release date will unfortunately be pushed back again. The game has recently been prominently represented, as there were new impressions in the form of videos both at the Summer Game Fest on June 8th and beforehand at the PlayStation Showcase on May 24th. However, apparently, nobody wanted to know anything about a delay.
Originally it should have been on July 20th, but in a blog entry on Tuesday, Chief Executive and studio founder Bret Robbins announced a delay. As a result, the team is taking some extra time to fine-tune the game and further optimize it for the different platforms to ensure a strong and smooth launch.
“We owe it to ourselves and to you guys to get this right,” said Robbins. And what does that mean specifically? The waiting time for publication will be one month longer; On August 22nd, 2023, Immortals of Aveum will now be available for PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series X/S.
In the new gameplay trailer for the magic shooter Immortals of Aveum, you should definitely take a look.
