The Platinum expansion for Farming Simulator 22 will be released on November 15th. Then there will be new types of gameplay with the new machines. Not only agriculture, but especially forestry is in focus.
This also includes heavy equipment that is completely tailored to the new conditions of the open world map Silverrun Forest, which is also new.
If you want to prepare yourself optimally for the new expansion and are not averse to good old paper, we recommend our upcoming special issue:

Heavy equipment for heavy cargo
In the game world, which is overgrown with over 20,000 trees, you have to mark dead wood, harvest it and transport it away. Because of the rough terrain, you have to create paths where there are none.
This is how you transform disturbing rocks with the Hydraulikhammer Paladin SFB 750 into small pebbles and roaring powerful engines to haul logs up and down hills by the masses. Upgradable winches for tractors make it possible. The technique can also be used to make room for new crops.
You can see the new map in the following video:

According to the developer, Giants Software is responsible for marking the target trees using forest marking spray especially useful in multiplayerwhen you need to coordinate your work with your friends.
In addition, you stretch hundreds of meters of rope through the forest with a mobile Koller K307c-H tipping mast device in order to be able to safely transport the trees away despite the steep incline.
You can see a little insight into the forestry operation in the LS 22 in the trailer for the Volvo partnership:
