Frontier Development Gave us a new perspective Jurassic World Evolution 2To show more information about the behavior of the dinosaurs and how the series has improved since the first game.
“Jurassic World Evolution 2” plans to make some major improvements to the dinosaur park management series behind the original game. Development studio Frontier Developments outlined how improved dinosaur behavior, enhanced biome creation, and new activities will make the game more realistic than ever.
The first development log of the management simulation sequel can be seen below, and perhaps the most interesting element in the video focuses on Athlon AI.
“We have been working hard to improve the hunting and fighting systems to make them more dynamic,” explains game director Rich Newbold. “We now have swarm attacks, so swarms of Velociraptors will attack their prey. We have also added more depth to their social and environmental behavior so that they can now interact with the world around them in a more realistic way.”
Observe carefully and you will see birds of prey hovering, hunting and attacking as you wish. Let’s assume that Allen Grant is very scary.
According to the new system, when you expand the park, the dinosaurs will also dynamically choose their ideal habitat with in the fence based on their needs and behavior. This kind of territorial behavior may end in conflict, so you need to be vigilant about how to deal with various park attractions while playing to mitigate some potentially destructive situations.
You must also make the herbivores feel satisfied with their biome and provide them with enough food. If you want to make the beauty of the park better, you will be happy to know that Jurassic World Evolution 2 will provide a series of different optional models for each building you develop, and you will be able to change their colors as well.
After all, if it doesn’t seem to matter, then there is no point in having a dream park.
“Jurassic World Evolution 2” will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at the end of 2021.
