Last year, Kena: Bridge of Spirits was announced for the PS4 and PS5, among others. Instead of the release in August, however, there is another postponement.
Last year, Ember Lab announced Kena: Bridge of Spirits, a great-looking action adventure. The stage of Sony’s PS5 unveiling in June 2020 was used for this, after all, the new title should also appear for the PlayStation 5. But now the release date has been postponed.
Originally planned for 2020, Kena: Bridge of Spirits was initially postponed to the first quarter of 2021, before a further delay followed until August. Now it is clear: the next m onth cannot be kept either. This time the shift is at least manageable. Instead of next month, the action adventure should be available from September 21, 2021.
“We made the difficult decision to postpone the release of Kena until September 21st to give the game the finishing touches on all platforms,” said a statement from the developers. “The team worked extremely hard on this and we feel that this extra time is crucial to ensure the best experience possible.” Furthermore, thank you for the patience of the players.
The title, based on Unreal Engine 4, will initially be available exclusively on PS4 and PS5. There will also be a PC version later.
