The medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance was once a successful Kickstarter title and has enjoyed a good reputation since its release. Now the game is obviously getting another implementation.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is the next video game that is obviously intended to be implemented in live action form. As based on a report by Variety is confirmed, developer Warhorse Studios and Wild Sheep Content have joined forces in a corresponding collaboration.
A live-action version of the medieval material from Kingdom Come: Deliverance will follow, although it is still unclear in which form the implementation will see the light of day. Accordingly, both a film and a whole series are currently conceivable for the adaptation.
According to the report, the planning phase is still at an early stage and the right writers and directors are looking to help with the implementation. Accordingly, it is currently far too early to cast actors. Wild Sheeps Erik Barmack, a former executive at Netflix, is already impressed by the implementation, because narrative heavyweights in the video game area such as The Witcher or now Kingdom Come: Deliverance would be ideal for live-action implementations.
The medieval RPG was released in 2018 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The current expansion “A Woman’s Lot” was only released at the end of last year.
