As every week, the Syndicate of Leisure Software Publishers (SELL) brings us the sales figures for physical games in France. This week Kirby and the Forgotten World wins.
If you follow the French charts a bit, you know that Nintendo often has the upper hand there. This week will be no exception as the Kyoto company monopolizes the podium. Logically, first place goes to Kirby and the Forgotten World, enjoying its novelty status. The little pink ball’s new adventures are followed by Pokémon Legends: Arceus, while the stainless Mario Kart 8 Deluxe completes the top 3.
Charts France: Nintendo dominates
It should also be remembered that the first part of the Additional Circuits Pass DLC is available on Swicth for those who have paid for it, as well as for subscribers to the Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack. So that’s 8 races playable since March 18, 2022. One thing is certain, Nintendo will retain its clout at the level of the sales charts in physics. Could it be (or because of) the console’s low storage capacity that customers are turning to cartridges?
This week’s chocolate medal goes to Gran Turismo 7, which finished fourth on the charts. Proof that the title Polyphony Digital continues to find its audience despite a bad buzz related to microtransactions. Lastly we find Ghostwire: Tokyo in its PS5 version. Tango Gameworks’ game has inherited a nice 7/10 in our columns, with friend Joniwan pointing out the excellent modeling of the Japanese capital, among other things.
life on the pc
Nothing new under the sun on PC. Elden Ring continues to take first place in the top 3 in its Launch Edition. The silver medal is for the Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe Edition (the version with the most planes and handcrafted airports). In addition, the game has recently benefited from an update aimed at enhancing the Iberian Peninsula by adding points of interest and improving a number of airports. Finally, Farming Simulator 2022 completes the weekly podium, proving that farming machinery enthusiasts are still numerous.
