Large update for the DKB app: As a customer, you get these new functions

The DKB has given your banking app an update with which you can lock the cards faster, among other things. On top of that, there are useful features for accounts.

Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB) recently published a new version of your banking app. In addition to error deposits, the update also leads three new functions, which affect account sales and card management, among other things. The features are available for both iOS and Android.

Customers can now export transactions on the accounts more easily and save them as a PDF document. An optimized search function is available for this, which can filter the account sales according to the name or the amount. This is particularly helpful if, for example, the tax office needs individual bookings for the tax declaration.

Locking cards when loss is easier

The administration for the debit and credit cards has also adjusted the DKB, which shows them more clearly and can be blocked faster if you lose. If you have no access to the app and want to have a card locked, you can also call the free blocking emergency call “116 116” in Germany. In addition, the specified limits for card payments can now be assigned more clearly in the app overview.

The update also offers advantages for customers with DKB construction financing. There is now the “Mein Baufi” area in the app, which, with one click, shows details about financing such as open rates or the remaining term.
