Good news LEGO Harry Potter: Take a seat aboard the Hogwarts Express!
LEGO always manages to create sets that capture key moments and locations from iconic series very well and this one is no exception. Fans of trains, Harry Potter or LEGO, there is something for everyone.
A mythical scene in this LEGO Harry Potter set
During the first part of the Harry Potter saga, the young wizard and his friends arrive at London train station for Hogwarts Castle. A few minutes later they found themselves in a Muggle-inaccessible part of the building and ahead of them the mythical Hogwarts Express, the steam train that takes students to the Wizarding School.
This scene can now become part of your home decor with this LEGO set. So we find the red and black train and include the driver’s car and the first wagon. We have the option of removing the roof and one of the walls of the latter to reveal the interior with small benches that can accommodate the different characters.
There are therefore 5 figures in the box: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and his rat called Scabbers, Hermione Granger, Remus Lupin and the witch on a wagon, with an additional dementor, the same one that attacks Harry from the air while driving to the castle. The accessories are as follows: 4 magic wands, 3 suitcases, the King’s Cross station sign, a chocolate frog, 2 newspapers and an ice cream cone.

If the protagonists run straight into a wall of London train station, they will arrive at platform 9 ¾ reserved for magicians. It is also present in this set to complete the immersion in the universe. On the quay are beige pillars with hanging lanterns that have Sirius Black’s wanted poster hanging on them. A railway bridge goes over the train with a pendulum and a staircase descending on the other side.
The centerpiece of this station is the famous wall that swings between platforms 9 and 10 to recreate the scene with the baggage cart.
