The successful action RPG Lords of the Fallen is being optimized specifically for the new PS5 Pro; You can find out what improvements you can expect here.
About a year ago, Studi Hexworks, which belongs to CI Games, was definitely convincing with the action RPG comeback Lords of the Fallen. The title is also available for Sony’s PlayStation 5 and is now being optimized by the development studio for the new PS5 Pro.
Hexworks has now announced a corresponding update for the title, which brings improvements to the more powerful platform. The team promises a 40 percent higher pixel density than in the standard PS5 version, which should lead to an overall significantly sharper image and finer details.
In performance mode, the game will now have a highly scaled 4K resolution at 60 fps; A 1440p image is used as the basis for scaling. In addition, details in the distance are easier to see and the textures of characters and environments have been optimized.
If you place even more value on visual quality, you can choose the quality mode, which is limited to a stable 30 fps, but comes in a native 4K resolution.
The announcement of the PS5 Pro update only marks the start of further planned updates and improvements for the game across all platforms; many of these are said to be based on player feedback.
