Call the “System Settings” and click on “Desk & Dock” in the sidebar. Scroll down into the “Window” area and select one of the options via the overlart menu “Prefer tabs when opening documents”.

Open a document on your Mac, for example via the “Text Edit” application. In the document of the document, you can now click on the “+” symbol or navigated as an alternative to “filing” and then to “new tab”.

If the tabar is not displayed, select “Display” in the menu bar and then “fade in the tablet”.
Notice: If you have selected the options “in full screen” or “always” for tabs in advance, you can add them to the shortcut “Command” and “N” in some apps.
