Surprise! Nintendo is already revealing the official successor to Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle with a corresponding entry on the web.
Presumably this revelation was only for him Ubisoft stream tonight planned: Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is the sequel to the surprise hit Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle from 2017. The leak, which reveals the second part in advance, surprisingly comes from Nintendo itself!
Because the website for the game is already online. First details and pictures can be found there. The successor should again be located in the strategy genre in a playful way. With Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Luigi and other characters you will experience an intergalactic adventure to defeat an evil force and save the eponymous Sparks.
You form your three-person team from a total of nine figures. As such, you will have to deal with numerous new opponents as well as old acquaintances. Rescued Sparks give you special abilities that you can use in battles. A return is celebrated by the cover system and actions such as the jumping off of comrades.
Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is slated for Nintendo Switch in 2022. You can see the first three screenshots in the gallery below:
