Mark Hamill to reprise his role as Joker in ‘MultiVersus’

Warner Bros. Games releases new game Multiplayer battle The cinematic trailer reveals The Joker as the newest playable character in the upcoming free-to-play platform fighter.

The character will be voiced by actor Mark Hamill, who played the iconic madman in the Batman: Arkham video game series and Batman: The Animated Series before exiting DC Super villain role.

Of course, this news doesn’t come as much of a surprise, considering that open beta datamining suggests that Hamill and Joker will be added to the game at some point.

MultiVersus is a free-to-play crossover fighting game developed by Player First Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Featuring a variety of characters from TV, movies, comics, and cartoons, the game is, by all accounts, a pretty popular and fun game.

The Joker game will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S on May 28, with full cross-play and cross-platform support.

The free-to-play platform fighting game will feature an ever-expanding cast of popular characters, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Black Adam, Shaggy and Velma, Bugs Bunny, the Tasmanian Devil (Taz) and Marvin the Martian.

Other warriors include Arya Stark from Game of Thrones, Tom and Jerry, Finn the human and Jake the dog, Steven Universe and Garnet, the Iron Giant, LeBron James, Rick and Morty, Gizmo and Stripes from the Gremlins movie, and an original creature named Reindog.
