Protect your privacy in Microsoft Edge. Learn how to change permissions for websites, whether location or camera.
Whether location, camera, microphone or notifications – it is important that you regularly check what permissions you have granted to the websites you visit. With Microsoft Edge's built-in features, you can customize these permissions and protect your privacy.
Websites may require access to various features of your device in order to provide certain services. However, uncontrolled access can endanger your privacy.
By regularly checking and adjusting permissions, you can ensure that only trustworthy websites are allowed to access sensitive functions.
