To change the homepage, open the settings via the three dots in the top right of the browser.

Navigates to Start, Home, and New Tabs. There you select “Start Microsoft Edge” and “Open these pages”. Here you can enter and add the address of your desired website.
If you want to set multiple pages, you can also add them so that they open automatically when Edge starts. If you no longer need one of the pages, you can easily remove it from the list again.
