Game news Monster Hunter Rise: you have to be patient for the Sunbreak expansion!
Released on Switch on March 26th, Monster Hunter Rise was widely received, even if Monster Hunter World remains THE new benchmark for the license. The game’s Switch exclusivity will end soon, however, as the title is slated to hit PC on January 12, 2022.

As of that date, PC gamers will have access to the same content as Switch gamers, but that’s far from the end of the road for Monster Hunter Rise. In fact, Capcom announced in September that the title with a significant extension called Sunbreak. Though less imposing than Monster Hunter World’s Iceborne expansion, it will be one new storyline, new creatures, equipment, and new areas to explore. The release is scheduled for Summer 2022, and we already know a little more about the content.
The players will therefore explore Elgado, an area near the ocean, and will be able to face the Malzeno, the Lunagaron or the Ceanataur Shogun
