Monster Hunter Wilds has a serious story progressing error, but thankfully Capcom is fixing the problem

Monster Hunter Wilds currently has a pretty big game breaker, which prevents the late part of the story. Thankfully, Capcom is aware of the fix, but if you are approaching Chapter 5-2, there may be some accompanying content for now.

Task, titled A world is upside downis one of the post-loan tasks, and it is a very substantial narrative moment in the conclusion. Obviously we won't break it, but it's a pretty rough place to get to the progress error. It is worth noting that this error doesn't seem to affect all players (because I and others have surpassed this), so it's worth trying the quest even there. Maybe you will be lucky!

We know that Capcom is aware of this error due to its Monster Hunter status official Twitter account, which released various bug fixes and statements to users on the platform. It published on March 2: “Hunter, we are currently investigating the following issues. In some cases, NPCs did not appear, disabling the story's progress in the main mission: Chapter 5-2 The world is reversed. We are currently working on these issues and providing further updates when we have further circumstances.”

Of course, this is terrible. There is no overview of when the outline will come, which can pause the player’s journey in the game. But, the silver lining is that Monster Hunter Wilds can do a lot of side content while waiting. An optional set of tasks can be completed at that time, as well as armor sets and weapons to be crafted. There is fishing too – buddies, don't think you don't do that. Take out your pole and grab that whopper!
