“Emily in Paris” started on August 15th with the first part of the fourth season and entered this week at number 1 in the Netflix Top 10. After the American Emily moved to Paris, she experienced not only professional challenges but also a lot of chaos in love.
She was mostly more than just friends with chef Gabriel. At the end of the third season there was a big cliffhanger, as Emily found out that Camille was pregnant with Gabriel’s child. It remains to be seen how the love triangle will be resolved in the fourth season.

How Netflix ranks the top 10
In the lists you will find the most successful films and series on Netflix each week. Not only in Germany, but also internationally. The views displayed for the top 10 are calculated by the streaming service by dividing the total number of hours watched by the total running time.
The weekly numbers are also rounded up to 100,000 to take unstable internet connections into account. It also indicates how many weeks the series or film has been in the Netflix Top 10. Since the beginning of 2023, Disney+ has also been using this formula to measure viewers’ streaming time.
On November 16, 2021, Netflix launched its own website with weekly Netflix chart lists Here you will find the German and global film and series charts, as well as the weekly best lists from over 90 countries. The global charts are sorted by: Film (English), TV (English), Film (English), Film (Non-English).
