Cyberpunk 2077 surprisingly gets another update, but patch 1.61 is not a big new content expansion, but primarily a hotfix after the last big Edgerunners update 1.6. But hey, at least a few small gameplay innovations will find their way into the game. For example, more colourful, varied umbrellas! Yay!
Also, a special t-shirt is no longer exclusive to street kid characters and your loading screen should no longer freeze in the GOG version if the internet connection is lost in the middle. Oh, and you can no longer play arcade machines if they’re lying sideways on the floor. So, the complete Europe patch notes are below this paragraph, but before you scroll: If you want to know how differently Cyberpunk 2077 plays with the Edgerunners update, then rejoice, because our editor-in-chief Heiko Klinge has ventured deep into Night City again .
Incidentally, the update is a slim 1.25 GB on the PC.
