Meanwhile, Hagen Forster ends up in Lisbon. Here he wants to immerse himself in the world of exiles, spies and criminals in order to uncover a conspiracy. In the process, it is precisely in this neutral location that he ends up meeting an extremely mysterious person who is involved in a conspiracy that could have a significant impact on the war.
