Anyone who has subscribed to the more expensive expansion pack from Nintendo Switch Online can look forward to another N64 classic in the coming week: Mario Golf is approaching!

Nintendo has announced the next addition to Nintendo Switch Online – at least if you have subscribed to the more expensive tier of the Expansion Pack. At this level, you’re also known to get N64 and SEGA Genesis classics that aren’t available on a regular subscription. Accordingly, the next newcomer is originally at home on such a platform.

Specifically, the N64 title Mario Golf is meant, which was released in 1999 and is considered a classic of the franchise. In the golf spin-off, you can fall back on 14 well-known Mario characters, including Mario, Peach, Luigi, Toad, Bowser and more. All have their own skills and swing styles when it comes to launching the ball.

More than 20 years after its original release, the title still has its appeal with ten modes and six golf courses. Modes include Tournaments, Speed Golf, Mini Golf and more.

Mario Golf is the 14th N64 title that has now found its way to the Switch via the Switch Online Expansion Pack. A new N64 title has been added pretty much every month since launch, after the expansion pack initially launched with nine games.

Mario Golf will be available on April 15, 2022 via the Switch Online Expansion Pack.
