Previously, Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens was the fourth highest-grossing film of all time, grossing $2.069 billion. Before Avengers: Endgame straddled in between, he was even on the podium in third place. However, Disney’s Star Wars film debut had to give way again and slipped to fifth place.
Avatar 2 now ranks fourth with one previous grossing of $2.116 billion. Next up is 1997 drama Titanic, which has grossed $2.194 billion and is already within reach.
