At the moment you definitely do not stumble upon exciting free games by chance, because even after the Steam Autumn Sale, Free Weekends look pretty rare. But we still looked with a magnifying glass and followed a few interesting tracks. The multiplayer alpha invites you to explore the most important facets of multiplayer battles: you send your troops across the battlefield, conquer points, use cover, raise positions and fight for superiority.
Where the single player is advancing in completely new directions with a new campaign map, the multiplayer remains close to what has already made CoH 2 immortal. The rest of the Free Trials are looking manageable this week, but hey, Rainbow Six takes up a lot of time:
- Rainbow Six: Siege: Ubisoft’s most successful multiplayer brand ever can be played for free on the weekend via Uplay (or Ubisoft Connect, as today’s kids say). However, the trial version is limited in time.
