Apple TV will soon air the sequel to one of its best sci-fi series, and we finally know when it will arrive on the platform!
Apple continues on its good path with Apple TV+, even if things have not been looking good lately. Far from being able to stand up to giants like Netflix or Prime Video, the platform can still be proud of its films and series, which enjoy a real positive aura among the audience. In addition, one of its series, considered one of the best on the platform, will soon return and we finally have a date to enjoy!
One of the best sci-fi series on Apple TV is coming back soon!
After severance pay and its second season, which make the series one of the most expensive of all time, it is Silo that announces its return with great fanfare on Apple TV+! Carried by the charismatic Rebecca Ferguson, who has notably appeared in the recent “Mission Impossible” films alongside Tom Cruise or even Common, the famous singer and actress who has appeared in John Wick 2, for example.
After a successful first season, Silo returns for season 2 on Apple TV+ starting November 15, 2024. A highly anticipated release, especially since we were a bit dissatisfied with the first season.
As a reminder, Silo is a dystopian science fiction series in which the Earth’s surface is poisoned and the survivors are forced to live in a giant silo with more than a hundred floors. Unfortunately, even inside what seems to be the last cradle of humanity, things aren’t going so well. Strict rules, hasty governance… a single spark could bring everything crashing down.
A post-apocalyptic tone in the style of a certain Snowpiercer somehow. In any case, you can now find Season 1 in its entirety on Apple TV+.
