Why the cheat provider gives up
Paragon itself turned to cheaters and resellers, the well-known GTAO expert Tez2 shared the statement on Twitter:

“Dear Community, as most of you know, Paragon’s data was recently compromised. This includes information such as SCIDs, IP addresses, emails, Discord IDs and license keys, but no passwords. The apology is aimed exclusively at those who have benefited from the cheat software sold, honest players are not mentioned in the statement. Still, of course they are good news for the community, it is already the second major provider to give up within a few months:
