Another Code: Recollection is scheduled for January and brings together two important puzzle games from the Nintendo catalog in a brand new version. And with the demo available now, you can get closer to this compilation.
A complete overhaul of the Another Code games
Announced a few months ago Another code reminder coming soon to Nintendo Switch. Recollection is a compilation of the two games from the Another Code license, released for Nintendo DS and Wii respectively: Another code: Memoires Doubles et Another code: R – The Doors of Memory.
Investigation and puzzle games, the Another Code titles were initially played with a stylus or the Wiimote with point’n-click mechanics. This time Big N offers us an improved version of these games, with reworked gameplay, explorable 3D environments, new puzzles and brand new dubbing, in English or Japanese.

Another Code tells the story of Ashley Mizuki Robins, a 14-year-old girl who tries to lift the veil on her missing parents’ past. In the first work, she goes to Blood Edward Island to track down her father. The sequel takes us to the edge of Lake Juliet two years later to explore Ashley’s mother’s past. Two exciting games full of secrets, adventure and fantasy.
Before you fall in love with this compilation, there is a chance to test it now. Nintendo has just released a demo on the eShop where you can discover the beginnings of the first game. Enough to get a more than complete overview of this rework and discover the new mechanics and the beginnings of this story. In the meantime, you can still pre-order Another Code: Recollection for 59.99 dollars. The compilation is scheduled for January 19th on Nintendo Switch.
