The naming may not have been chosen by accident. In 2016, the Chinese manufacturer launched a mid-range phone called OnePlus X. However, this situation is not common in the market, and production soon ceased. Therefore, it can be assumed that OnePlus Z is planned as a successor to the "X" model.
